The customer may unilaterally terminate the contract with mktopdance.com without any reason, within 14 calendar days (cf Ord. 34/2014, only in writing and may return the product (s) within the same 14 calendar days. Thus, the products purchased from mktopdance.com can be returned according to the law within 14 calendar days of their receipt by courier. Before returning the product, you must notify by telephone at +40 722367830 or by email (office@ mktopdance.com) the intention to return a product / products.

The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he or she cancels the purchase without penalty and without any reason within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product or, in the case of service provision, from the conclusion of the contract.

The product will be returned under good, unused and non-certified conditions. Otherwise, they can be resubmitted to the customer. Also, products with physical alterations, blows, scratches, scratches, shocks, etc. are NOT accepted for return. You can return by any courier company , but we recommend that you use courier services for a better return procedure. Returning products will be at the expense of the customer.

Mktopdance.com will return the value of the products within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return.
The refund of the returned products will be refunded by bank transfer to the IBAN account specified in the Return Form.
